The condition for a binding reservation of the stay is the payment of a deposit of at least 20% of the amount of the order 2 months before the start of the stay and 50% of the amount 1 month in advance.
In case of cancellation, Pension BEREA is entitled to a cancellation fee under the following conditions:
- 60 days or more before the date of arrival no cancellation fees,
- 31 to 59 days – 20% of the price of ordered services,
- 7 to 30 days – 50% of the price of ordered services,
- 6 days and less – 100% of the price of the ordered services.
When can I check-in? And when do I have to vacate the room?
According to standard conditions, the guest is allowed accommodation on the first day of stay from 2:00 pm. The room must be vacated on the last day of the stay by 10:00 am. If these conditions do not suit you, contact us; if possible, we will be happy to accommodate guests and agree on the time of arrival and departure.
Do you provide catering in addition to accommodation?
If you are interested in breakfast, it is possible to order them as an additional service to the accommodation. If you are also interested in lunch or dinner, please contact us. Although we do not always cook, if possible, we will be happy to entertain you.
Can I take a dog with me?
Unfortunately not, our pension is not suitable for accommodating pets.
